The three weeks are auspicious times, dangerous because KETEV MERIRI that is mentioned in the Torah has permission to act. During these three weeks is when the bad things happen (wars, expulsions, epidemics, destruction of the temples. and more). But you can protect yourself by meditating on the יהוה substituting it with different names that sweeten the judgments during the eighteen prayer:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יהוה מָגֵן אַבְרָהָם: substitute יהוה with טדהד
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יהוה מְחַיֵּה הַמֵּתִים: substitute יהוה with כוזו
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יהוה הָאֵל הַקָּדושׁ: substitute יהוה with מצפצ
When you recite רצה - meditate:
שין = טדהד+כוזו+מצפצ=אדני+רצה=360
In שים שלום - meditate:
שין = טדהד+כוזו+מצפצ
שין = טדהד+כוזו+מצפצ
Also the name כוזו that's on your MEZZUZA prevents evils forces from entering your home. If someone in your household acting aggressively, destructively or irrationally, then check the MEZZUZA at the front door - all letters must be intact for it to protect your home from incoming evil forces.
